I had a really good experience with JM Carpet Cleaning. They responded very quickly when I first reached out and showed up exactly when they said they would. Communication was excellent the whole time, and they were very responsive to texts. They were polite and professional from the moment they arrived. They automatically put on shoe covers, were careful about keeping the area clean, and used cloths to protect the surrounding areas. After the job was done, they cleaned everything up thoroughly. Pricing was straightforward with no games. They gave me an all-in quote up front and even cleaned a few extra couch cushions without me asking or charging more. Overall, very pleasant to work with and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

I'm late in writing this review. Called JM after the recent fires to deep clean our sofa (it needed it well before the fires because...dogs). They were fast, professional, and did a wonderful job. Would definitely use their services again.

Jimmy is the best! I have had him clean a few sofas and they look brand new when he's finished! My sofa had stains and just looked very dirty from guests and pets and it now looks brand new and so clean! Great value and he's super nice! He's my go to for cleaning services would 100% recommend!!

Jimmy shows on time, what he quoted me is what I paid, and he did an outstanding job. Got rid of pet hairs and pet urine smell from my rental property in Santa Clarita. He comes to the site in a big van with some serious vacuum machinery inside. You'll be impressed. I recommend Jimmy and will use his services again when the new tenants become my ex-tenants and it's time to clean the carpeting again.

Prompt, efficient, well priced and did an excellent job cleaning my sofa. I've had it cleaned in the past and this job was far and away superior. After seeing the result I had them take a rug in for cleaning. I'll circle back to this review when I get it back in a week.

I called last minute to have the carpet cleaned at my condo. I called and the phone was answered right away. They came by the next day and cleaned the carpet. Meanwhile they were there I asked if they cleaned patios, they said yes! They also cleaned my upstairs patio. The company is very professional and get the job done right! I will definitely be calling them back when needed.

I called my usual carpet cleaner I've used for the past few years and they just didn't respond. So, I went to Yelp for help. JM Carpet answered the first time I called and scheduled a prompt appointment. I like that they have text reminders of your appointment. I had them clean 3 carpets and couch/2 armchairs. They arrived on time and were very friendly. My carpets had bad traffic dirt and stains from an old dog we took care of. They were able to get up all the stains. They also cleaned my vinyl hallway on the way out. I found them comparable to other carpet cleaners in price. I will use them again!

So glad I came across Jimmy at JM Carpet Cleaning. I booked for upholstery cleaning for my living room sofas. Very fast at responding and straightforward. Cleaning services are kid and pet-safe, including vacuum, spot removal, agitation water softener, hot water extraction, disinfecting, sanitizer, rinse, and deodorizer. Very reasonable pricing and licensed, bonded, and insured. Left my sofas looking like new. Highly recommend!
